About
I’ve spent the past 15+ years shaping stories, leading creative teams, and figuring out how to turn big ideas into content that actually works. Whether it was building out content strategies, managing editorial teams, or overseeing large-scale projects, I’ve been deep in the trenches of content creation and leadership. And I love it.
From there, I found my way into project management—because let’s be honest, someone has to make sure things actually get done. I’ve managed everything from high-stakes product launches to sprawling content initiatives, balancing creativity with structure (and learning that a well-placed spreadsheet can, in fact, save lives).
And somewhere along the way, I became an operations person. It turns out that once you spend enough time fine-tuning workflows, optimizing processes, and making businesses run more smoothly, you start earning titles that include words like “operations” and “strategy.” So, while I’ll always be a creative at heart, I also know my way around the mechanics of running a successful business—especially in the world of SMBs.
